Hitachi Sunway Bags Computerworld Malaysia Customer Care Award 2014

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems (Hitachi Sunway) emerged as the winner of Computerworld Malaysia's eighth annual Customer Care Awards (CCA) for the category of ‘Systems Integration’.

This well-respected industry award salutes the nation’s best service providers of pre- and post-implementation consulting, support and maintenance work in the area of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as chosen by their customers. The award was received by Ms Joan Soh, Senior Vice President of Infrastructure & Managed Services Division at the Customer Care award ceremony on 12 June.

In the first quarter of 2014, more than 3000 of Malaysia’s most progressive information executives were invited to participate in the exercise of rating the performance of their ICT solution providers and partners in delivery of services at every stage of a given technology deployment—running from early stage consulting through complete implementation, user testing, and continual maintenance, support and process enhancement.

Their responses were gathered, analyzed and audited by regional market analyst house, Executive Networks Research – which is the research arm of Executive Networks Media, publisher of Computerworld Malaysia – for the highest accuracy of results possible. This year, 19 awards were given out to 15 ICT vendors with the highest scores across all evaluation areas in their respective categories.
