Hitachi Systems Vietnam Cooperates with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology

At the signing ceremony, there was online participation of the leaders of Hitachi Sunway Information Systems including Mr. Muzahid Shah, Senior Vice President - Engineering solution and Mr. Aminder Singh, Assistant to Vice President - Technology Solutions & Application Division. Representatives of Hitachi Systems Vietnam (HSV) include Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hiep – Vietnam Country Manager, Mr. Ha Tat Thang – Account Manager. Mr. Vo Hong Ky - Mr. Vo Hong Ky, Country Manager, Industries Software represented to Siemens Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology was presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr Mai Thanh Phong - Rector and leadership representatives of the school units.

In the spirit of mutual cooperation, HSV and HCMUT join hands to exploit valuable knowledge and experience in providing technology in the field of industrial revolution 4.0 to develop Digital Industrial Laboratory.

HCMUT expects to develop academic curriculum oriented towards the 4th industrial revolution in collaboration with HSV. HSV assists in analyzing and evaluating the current curriculum and didactic materials according to the standards of the i4.0 curriculum as well as proposing the curriculum framework by adding training courses and supplementary subjects.

HSV will propose necessary equipment and software for training in digital industrial laboratories and support practical training in these laboratories. HSV will provide automation and transmission equipment and software, Product Lifecycle Management software license (including NX, Teamcenter, Technomatix) and other necessary contents of the academic curriculum in Industry 4.0.

The MOU signing between HCMUT and HSV for implementing the Digital Industrial Laboratory project contribute to improve the quality of education for students in the period of Vietnam's integration and participation in the 4th Industrial Revolution.
