Hitachi Sunway Information Systems ("Hitachi Sunway") emerged as the winner of Computerworld Malaysia’s 10th annual Customer Care (CCA) Awards 2016 for the category of ‘Systems Integration’.
Computerworld Malaysia Customer Care Awards is conducted by Executive Networks Research, the research arm of Executive Networks Media - whereby the survey polls IT end-users on vendor service levels pertaining to implementation and ongoing customer service. The award is presented to IT providers that garnered the most number of IT end-user votes.
