The company was established in April 2013 with 170 employees. Today, we have grown bigger - organically and through M&As - with our workforce surpassing the 400 mark in 2015.
As we grow in a fast paced manner, we realized that the company needs to transform to drive greater collaboration, leveraging and aligning our strengths and diversity to focus on our customers and their needs. It is about improving the way we provide strategic competitive advantage to our customers.
Today, we are taking a crucial step to transform Hitachi Sunway, by creating new and strategic divisions to elevate the company to the next level.
- Enterprise Business Division - A highly focused division to partner with ASEAN-wide strategic customers to grow customer market size, expand market share and increase profitability.
- Strategic Alliance Division - Focus on pursuing strategic partnerships and opportunities in particular with IBM Cloud Managed Services and SAP solutions and services that will ultimately add to the value proposition Hitachi Sunway delivers to our customers.
- Business Support Services Division - Provide support to all Hitachi Sunway divisions by ensuring process effectiveness, cost efficiency and higher productivity – translating into benefits to our engagement and deliverables to our customers.
We are delighted to announce that our Senior Vice Presidents (refer to Table 1 below) will spearhead this transformation.
