Throughout history, mankind has experienced pandemic attacks time and again, but for the first time in the 21st century, we have faced one-COVID-19-on a global scale, and never have we experienced such impact on our everyday lives, not to mention worldwide economic activity. This pandemic has a significant impact not only on our businesses, but also on our lives and workstyles.
Although the year has been hugely challenging, where many economy sectors were particularly hard-hit – I am grateful that Hitachi Sunway is able to adapt and continue to deliver for our customers under difficult circumstances – a big thank you goes out to all our valued customers, partners and our team.
We have been able to navigate through the ups and downs of our business journey with your support. Our growth over the years has been a cumulative outcome of the efforts of every individual associated with us. So, moving forward, we will also look forward to your continued support.

- Enhanced eXcel-as-a-Service offerings and value-add with 24x7x365 SOC (Security Operations Centre) services, supported by our pool of certified engineers and strategic top security solutions providers.
- Value-add to our ERP customers by expanding automation across the value chain with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Received recognition for our PLM Business for achieving exceptional performance for FY2021 despite the challenging pandemic situation.
- Moved Hitachi Sunway Thailand office to a new location due to continued business growth and an increase in professional staff.
In 2022, Hitachi Sunway will continue to gear up our team to help our customers to navigate through their digital transformation journey in the ever-changing post-pandemic landscape by expanding our security solutions and services and provide a closed-loop product lifecycle solutions with IOT related technology.
I see creativity and innovation to be the keys to success in Hitachi Sunway future growth. I will push forward specific company-wide actions, while connecting to future portfolio and business strategies. We will be working closely with our customers to offer innovative, collaborative creation solutions and more robust services and support.
