Hitachi Sunway SOC provides end-to-end cybersecurity-as-a-service offerings under the eXcelSECURE brand - to help customers bridge the gap with eXcelSECURE cybersecurity-as-a-service offerings – by focusing on the balancing of People, Process and Technology to enable and to deliver the highest protection, with qualified personnel, Information Security Management System (ISMS) certified processes and proven technology platform to prevent, monitor, detect as well as respond to cyberattacks for our customers.

We leverage on our ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certified eXcelCLOUD and eXcelITSM to host and operate our SOC.

Our security team, which consists of both security analysts and engineers, oversees all activity on servers, databases, networks, applications, endpoint devices, websites and other systems for the sole purpose of pinpointing potential security threats and thwarting them as quickly as possible. They also monitor relevant external sources (such as threat lists) that may affect the organization’s security posture.
