Finance

  • Responsibilities
    • Finance
      • Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow statement, finance analysis to ensure timely and accuracy of presentation and disclosure.
      • Prepare monthly reconciliation for bank and inter-company transactions.
      • manage company’s cash flow & hedging 
      • Plan, coordinate and monitor the annual statutory audit to ensure smooth, timely resolution of audit issues and completion of audit.
      • Prepare and submit annual tax computation and ensure tax planning for savings.
      • Liaison with internal, external auditors and tax agent on statutory requirements by providing the audit schedules/ analysis required.
      • Keep abreast of changes in the financial reporting standards and establish internal processes and procedures in incorporating the changes in the internal and external reporting system.
    • Payroll Liaison
      • Prepare and remit monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
      • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
      • Maintains payroll operation by following policies and procedures; reporting need changes.
      • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operation by keeping information confidential.
    • Administration
      • Interact with relevant personnel in the Business Units, Management, other team members and external parties to support daily operation related to in finance.
      • Handle Office Petty Cash
      • Organize and maintain office systems including data management and filing.
    • Others
      • Demonstrate the ability to manage teamwork, identify and solve problems, analyze activities and recommend/implement improvements. 
      • Any other tasks that being assigned by Management.

     

    Requirements

    Personnel Competency: Leadership, Self starter & teamwork person, Able to work accurately and under pressure

    Education Background: Bachelor’s degree, Preferably from Accounting

    Working Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience on Finance, Accounting & Tax field, preferably have strong IT business background 

    Skills:

    • Leadership skill
    • Familiar with Indonesian Tax Law
    • Proficiency in English both spoken and written
    • Knowledge with JDE will be added advantage

     

Marketing

  • Responsibilities
    • To perform telemarketing and telesales activities to sell various company products.
    • Generate leads by cold calling and identify new opportunities via telemarketing activities.
    • To identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain existing customer base. Provide dedicated account servicing to corporate customers.
    • Ensure business growth and increased market penetration.
    • Keep abreast with competitors’ activities, service distributors; expand existing and new networks for maximum coverage.
    • To provide excellent sales capability and a motivate team player.
    • Assist in administrative activities and undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties, as and when required.
    • Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or Management.
    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management/Secretarial or equivalent.
    • At least 1-2 years relevant experience will be advantage.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English.
    • Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Sales / Business Development

  • Responsibilities
    • Develop new accounts, services existing Customers; expand product range and usage in the assigned territory with a proactive mindset that focuses on exceeding sales growth.
    • Cultivate strong relationship with customer.
    • Able to organize and plan proper scheduling sales activities.
    • We are looking for an aggressive individual with good track record in selling; especially into the engineering and manufacturing market. Our portfolios of customers are multinational corporations, SMEs and research organizations. Your will be required to manage existing customers AND Prospect for new customers.
    • You will be potentially running the business unit along with a team of technical personnel to support your sales efforts.
    • Meet sales target according to the commission plan.
    • Provide monthly MO (Monthly Objective) Forecast, Pipeline with rolling 3 months MO reporting beginning of each month.
    • Ensure timely and accurate forecast – monthly and quarterly.
    • Maintain healthy pipeline (sales funnel) size – 3x of target.
    • Timely and accurate submission of report (Eg, sales activity report etc).
    • Execute the objectives of the BFT sales activities to ensure good sales management.
    • Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior or management.
    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
    • Minimum 2 years in sales preferably selling into manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aviation, aerospace, tool & die, tooling etc industries.
    • Experience in selling engineering software or services (Eg, Catia, UG NX, CAE, Solidworks, AutoDesk, CAD, Teamcenter etc) are an added bonus.
    • Solid understanding of complete sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
    • Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and forecast.
    • Experience in managing and leading a team is an added advantage.  
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and good under pressure.
    • Eagerness to learn is crucial.

Service Delivery / Technical / Developer

  • Responsibilities
    • The responsibilities shall be for the pre sales activities for the promotion of Engineering software / solutions, and they shall be willing to travel anywhere within Indonesia.
    • Responsible for pre-sales duties which include demonstrating the company products to potential customers at customers’ site.
    • Develop work statements for projects with customers. Provide consulting services at the customer site.
    • Responsible for providing exceptional pre-sales technical support to the client, marketing department and prospects to help drive sales of our products.
    • Conduct on-site and web based software demonstrations and training classes.
    • Provide comprehensive technical and application demos and understand requirements and run benchmarks.
    • Competition tracking, benchmarking, coordinate with clients for implementing Engineering software’s.
    • Provide demonstrations, presentations, case studies and product information CDs.
    • Answer customer questions relating to products, competitive products, and technical issues relating to product integration within the customer’s environment.
    • Any other tasks assigned by your superior or management.

     

    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Engineering software / solutions project implementation and support is required for this position.
    • Has working experience or knowledge on Engineering CAE solutions (Eg, simcenter etc) will be an advantage.
    • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent proficiency and strong command of spoken English and business writing skills.
    • Self-initiative and ability to work independently and well under pressure.
