Sales / Business Development

  • Responsibilities
    • Developing and implementing plans to capture business opportunities and grow as well as responsible for financial profitability.
    • Responsible for locating and developing new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships.
    • Responsible for new market penetration and sourcing of new customers.
    • Develop and recommend creative marketing strategies to improve sales volume and profit forecasts to meet business goals.
    • Working cross functionally to build strong relationships with key customers.
    • Responsible to achieve the sales quota that assigned by the management.
    • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitors’ activities.
    • Responsible for the revenue and sales growth, expenses, cost and margin control and monthly quarterly and annually financial goal management of the Division.
    • Potential in managing a team of sales people and ensuring they hit their targets and KPIs.
    • Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or management.
    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
    • Minimum 3 years in sales preferably selling into manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aviation, aerospace, tool & die, tooling etc industries.
    • Experience in selling engineering software or services (Eg, Catia, UG NX, CAE, Solidworks, AutoDesk, CAD etc) are an added bonus.
    • Solid understanding of complete sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
    • Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and forecast.
    • Experience in managing and leading a team is an added advantage.  
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and good under pressure.
    • Eagerness to learn is crucial.
  • Responsibilities

    • Establish good relationship with hardware principal such as DELL, IBM, HP, Netapp, etc.
    • Develop and recommend creative marketing strategies to improve sales volume and profit forecasts to meet business goals.
    • Responsible for new market penetration and sourcing of new customers.
    • Able to up-sell end to end solution (Hardware and infrastructure software) such as server, storage, desktop, networking, virtualization, data management and security solutions. 
    • Working cross functionally to build strong relationships with key customers.
    • Responsible to achieve the sales quota that assigned by the management.
    • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitors’ activities.
    • Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or management.
    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
    • Minimum 3 years sales experience in system integrator environment.
    • Experience in selling IT infra hardware, software and services (Eg, IBM, DELL, HP, Symantec, VMware, Citrix, Trend Micro, Netapp etc) are an added bonus.
    • Solid understanding of complete sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
    • Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and forecast.
    • Experience in managing and leading a team is an added advantage.  
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and good under pressure.

Service Delivery / Technical / Developer

  • Responsibilities
    • Post-sales support
      • Perform installation, setup, and configuration of hardware such as x86-based servers, SAN and NAS storage systems, SAN switches (Fiber Channel and iSCSI), tape drives and tape libraries, LAN switches (Layer 2 and Layer 3), desktop computer and notebooks.
      • Perform installation, setup, and configuration of server and desktop operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows Server 2013 and newer, Microsoft Windows 7 and newer, Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Server, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server).
      • Upgrade hardware components such as hard disks, memory, I/O adapters in servers and storage systems.
      • Upgrade Operating Systems and install patches.
      • To find out and understand the detail requirements of configuration settings from customers before installation and configuration starts.
      • To coordinate and manage the progress of the installation and implementation of projects.
      • Produce full documentation of systems setup and configuration upon completion of job / project.
      • Provide on-site and remote support to customers to solve technical problems on products and solutions we sold to customers.
      • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status report and updates to customer and manager / superior on job and project.
      • Any other duties or assignment as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
    • Pre-sales support
      • To conduct and understand requirement studies with prospects and customers.
      • To propose suitable products and specifications that address customers' and prospects' needs.
      • To present, explain, and up sell our products and solutions to customers / prospects.
      • To propose proper scope of work to install and implement the proposed products and solutions to customers / prospects.
      • Work closely with sales team to ensure deals are closed
      • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status report and updates to customer and manager / superior on job and project.
      • Any other duties or assignment as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in IT related field.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in IT technical experience on servers, storage, network / cabling, or systems management.
    • Able to provide 24x7 support.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and good under pressure.
    • Eagerness to learn is crucial.
